Under new management and wow wow wow!!!! The new management at Dennys delivers the diner delights we all grew up on! I actually... came to this location because of the burgers. I ordered off a late night menu from the Burger Den and had it delivered. I didn'teven know I was ordering from Denny's until I saw the delivery boxes. The very next day I took my whole family so we could trymore things off the menu. Everything was delicious pancakes, burgers and the milkshakes! Rose our server was on point! I just want to take a moment to ask if your establishment trains your managers to actually guide and properly assist your new... servers? Was in your establishment last night, I don't generally do reviews, but seeing as though I'm a prior server of thecompany and was with one of your prior GMs, we were appalled by the lack of management happening. This poor kid (who also wasvery minimal with English) was our server, expressed he was new and it was apparent. 3/4 cooks (which was refreshing to see)however you have a half empty restaurant, dying food in the window and multiple staff members standing around. This could be aneasy turn around with proper management that are hands on and directing their team. The place is very nice, my favorite breakfast is the sandwich ?Moons Over My Hammy?. And the best drink you could prove, in my... opinion, is the milkshake ?Jr. Oreo Blender Blaster?, because is made of oreo cookie. Also, my favorite pancakes are made ofchocolate banana. I recommend so much, that you visit this place. Because they have a great variety of meals, breakfasts anddinners. In addition, to being a nice place and having a family atmosphere. Boo on Denny's corporate.. veterans Day offering a free meal to show appreciation to veterans.. but only up till 12:00 noon..... how disappointing! Thank you for responding to my review above.. you apologize for my experience but your apology meansnothing... I arrived veterans day at about 3:30 p.m. and was told the veterans meal was ended at 12:00 noon... If that was "notyour policy" then why was I lied to by your staff.. I believe I once caught another employee at your place that told me therewas no Grand slam special on Sundays... And yet on another Sunday I came and ordered the Grand slam special and was served withno problem.. Is there a culture of lying to the customers at your facility?
