Ordered an iced chai that they had promoted as creamy in the menu and it clearly said it came with oat milk cold foam on top.... When she handed me my drink with no cold foam or whip on my other iced coffee, I asked about the cold foam and she said ohhh Ithought it said oat milk in the drink. She seemed agitated I said something about it and asked ?do you want me to do it? with abothered attitude. I said no thanks, clearly it was an inconvenience to do so.
