Disgusting!! I worked in fast food for many years. This was beyond deplorable. If my crew ever had thought about serving food... like this I would have let them go. Food was wrong, overly greasy and some under cooked. I'll never eat theré again. Got thechicken munchie meal, asked for no lettuce or the sauce on the tacos. The tacos were stale and cold, old lettuce was pulled andnew added. So much for no lettuce even after she asked twice to make sure that's what was asked for. The fries were stale andcold and some still raw in places. The sandwich was cold and so greasy the croissant was dripping with grease and so mushy ithad the consistency of mashed potatoes. I couldn't even eat my meal. I threw it all away and just wasted my money. I don't goout often to eat but when I'm able to treat myself once in a blue moon, I hope to get food that's at least edible. 1st and lasttime I'll ever go here. Just gross. My husband's meal was disgusting too. Do not eat here at this location if you can, avoid it.The location by our home is amazing and everything is always fresh. This location is horrible. Now just hoping I don't get foodpoisoning from the few bites I did take trying to eat the garbage served to me. Read more

Always disgusting! Always awful in every single way! Never friendly employees, never clean restaurants, never serving fresh hot... food! To make things even more terrible, when someone compla- I mean when someone informs you of how your restaurants are beingrun, you give them the same exact "sorry, contact us and we will look into this" bullsquirt response. I haven't eaten at anylocation for years now. It's not just occasionally I'd get a bad item or sometimes I'd get poor service it is ALWAYS TERRIBLE. All of my experiences have been late at night. That shouldn't matter though, I should get the same quality at 9am and at 2am. Ifyou can't keep the restaurants clean and fresh, close them.. pathetic and I seriously hope you guys just shut down. I went here after work for a quick bite, I don't usally go to this one but I said hey why not.. very disappointed. They gave me... the wrong burger, and I'm gonna post a picture of this new bacon burger... is this really what your advertising?? Plus if youarnt still making the girl scout cookie shake... you should probably take down the 3 signs you have advertising it.... no careat all for my order. Will never go back. Probably won't go back to any of them at this point....on going consistency of problemswhenever I go to any jack in the box, and there is no customer service... would it hurt you to say hi when we get to the windowor just give me card is your response you train people to say. Seems like no one even cares. Update. When I see reply fromowner please review us on our website.. yea... you don't care your not doing anything other than offer me free food when I justwant the quality and guest care that everyone deserves and appreciates. I work in the restaurant industrie. Your lack of careand your lack on fixing things with your staff and the quality of food. I've seen the same response on every review and the samemessage. I will not be going back to Jack in the box. I'm scared to even think of the cleanliness and and efforts they do toclean the kitchen. Customer service was poor and I was met with an unsafe situation that prompted me to leave immediately. On 05/21/2022 at... between 12:45PM and 1:30PM, I accepted a DoorDash delivery request for a customer who had ordered from the Jack In The Box,located at 1212 164th St SW, Lynnwood, WA 98087. I parked in a parking spot on the west side of the restaurant and walked to thedoor on the west side. Up to this point, there was no indication that the lobby was closed to all customers to include deliverydrivers. I was able to enter the lobby and observed an adult male and a couple of children seated at a booth. Again, I observedthe lobby to be open due to my aforementioned observations. I walked up to the counter and a female employee yelled something tothe effect of, ?the lobby is closed and you need to use the drive thru, it is the store policy?. I advised her that I am pickingup a DoorDash order, and she repeated her earlier comment before quickly walking towards the food preparation area, out ofsight. I patiently began to wait for her to return as I wanted to point out that there was no signage indicating that the lobbywas closed and that the drive thru should be used. I never got the chance to discuss this with her as the aforementioned adultmale had at some point got out of his seating area and walked towards me while making eye contact and with his chin slightlylowered. He said something to the effect of, ?you better listen to what she says?. I decided to leave as I had felt that I wasplaced in an unsafe situation. I returned later to take photos of the exterior doors for documentation purposes. There was adoor on the north side of the restaurant that does have a sign indicating that the lobby is closed and that all transactionsshould be made through the drive thru. The door on the west side, the one I had used, has a sign with similar styling, butwritten in a different language. Despite this, I believe I was treated inappropriately and unfairly.
