The drive thru is usually pretty busy and there is often some ingredients unavailable. This is not a specific issue to this... Starbucks but seems to be the case across the board with supply issues. All of the employees were very helpful and friendly whensuggesting alternatives if something was not available. Read more
If I can give this location zero stars I would. I do not EVER write reviews but today is the day. To whoever the manager... currently is, they must have been desperate to fill the position. Very rude and immature with zero experience of customerservice, not to mention the airhead messed my whole order up and couldn?t deliver 2 cake pops ?she forgot.? I walked in storeand ordered remind you, an order I get everyday as she proceeded to keep correcting my order saying ?we can?t do that? as Isimply asked for thick cold foam and continued with laughing. She continued talking about me on her headset telling her crewmembers what I asked for as I was waiting for my order, literally laughing as I walked away.
