Horrible customer service, Cristen (said she was the manager) was extremely rude and could not care less that it took 2 hours... for our pizza to be delivered on a Monday afternoon. Food was cold.and driver said ? well the box is warm? $80 order and youthink it's ok for all that to be cold? This location needs to be shut down. Went up there to get my money back and place wasfilthy!! Glad I didn't eat the pizza. Asked for her boss name and number and she refused to give me his number. Worst locationever and I will be calling the home office. Read more

Terrible experience with this location. Ordered 3 hours ago and it?s still not here. Called the store and was on hold thirty... minutes only for the associate to be rude, brief, and told me to call corporate if I was disappointed with the delivery andthey?d probably give me a ?free pizza? (on a $60 order) and then hung up the phone. 0/5 would not recommend. I will be orderingfrom other companies from now own. Read more
Too bad they don't have 0 stars because that what I want to give. No other food item should end up in your pizza other than your... toppings. I had pasta in my pizza and when I called about my order and said that's I would bring it back, the girl hung up whileI was talking. No one apologized or even acted as of that cared. Poor customer service and the pizza didn't look good. Ownerplease drop by this location and see what's going on with your staff. I actually gave them a 2nd chance after emailing the ownerin reference to a past experience. I won't be going back anymore. I'll take my business elsewhere. Read more
