I visit this location often and I haven't ever really had a bad experience. Usually friendly and staff and I get quick service... in the drive thru comapred to waiting at a chick fila or McDonald's. This is similar to a raising cane's, not quite as good imobut still good. The only complaint I have is the tenders are small, but I think that's just the way they do them. I love thesauce. Read more
My family & i love Guthries & have always been pleased with our experience but this particular location service was garbage.... Pulled up to the window and was ask for the order then when we told her she says to hold on repeatedly. Finally get to thewindow, we ask to add TWO sauces & she says we have to go all the way around to get in line for TWO sauces, nothing else. I had past this restaurant several times and I finally decided to give it a try. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo and... receive the 3 piece snack with fries and a drink. I was hungry because I skipped breakfast. I thought the box that the younglady had given me was correct. I could have taken it back but I had another errand to run and it took 15 mins for the firstorder. Chicken fingers were good. Wasn't crazy about the dipping sauce. Good ice in the drink. This is NOT the same quality of food that I was used to receiving in Alabama. This was my husband?s first time having Guthrie?s... and will be his last. My chicken fingers were small, more like chicken nuggets, and my fries tasted like they had been cookedearlier and dropped back in hot grease to warm them up. I will NOT be visiting this location again. If we lived closer, Iwould drive back to the restaurant to get my money back. NEVER AGAIN will this location trick us out of our money. Read more

Good food, but a little pricey for what you get. My chicken tenders were cooked perfectly on my chicken sandwich. This is... actually my second visit to this location, the first time I ate too fast and didn't get a chance to review it. I ordered thechicken tenders meal with cold slaw and fries. That meal was also prepared fresh. I had no complaints. A little different fromthe experience that I remember when stopping through in Alabama, but not too far off. I'll revisit again when I'm in thearea. Overall, the value proposition is the only con I observed during my visit. Read more
