Almost entirely Italian food. Salmon and codfish are only exceptions, as I remember. Very difficult and tricky menu to... navigate. One column includes one side and the other column does not include any sides. For example, the codfish ($15) in thefirst column includes one side.. a salad ($5 added to any item from the other column) or several pastas each 1/2 the items inthe other column and priced at 1/2 their cost. So codfish (with free bread and butter) is $15 plus Grandma's Shells ($8) plus"free" salad = $23! Or you could get the codfish, "free" shells, and a $5 salad for only $20!! Yup, same combo but differentprice. Or for $15: codfish and shells OR codfish and a salad. What a deal!! Spaghetti and meatballs is what you get with yourbread and butter from the other column for only $14. Add $5 for a salad! The lasagna and the eggplant both tasted really goodbut were way overcooked and mushy! Not a good value at all when a primerib or rib steak dinner with potato, salad, bread, andbutter are only $26 at all the local chain steak houses. And I don't appreciate surprises or a complicated menu. Won't bereturning soon! Read more

A genuine Italian restaurant that feels like a throwback to a different era. Service is quick and the menu options are... outstanding. Lunch portions are generous and reasonably priced. The pasta dishes look great and taste even better. There shouldbe a Casa D'Angelo in more neighborhoods around the city. Read more

I have been going to this place for 30+ years..It was always my favorite restaurant. I always recommended ut to people who... wanted Italian. Went there today hadn't been there in 6 months as its a 35 minute ride. They had discontinued my favorite dishso I tried another..it tasted like they used Ragu sauce..it was terrible. The salad which was always amazing was soaked indressing. The waitress was so busy cgmhatting with her friends that were in she didn't even care my meal was unsatisfactory. He comment was I will share with the kitchen your comments. Really sad as I will never go there again or recommend this placeagain.. Read more

We just recently tried this out and it is truly a hidden gem. Super cute atmosphere. Definitely feels like the small family... neighborhood Italian place--Sinatra playing, Italian wedding pictures on the walls. Very neat and clean. Our food wasamazing--we had calamari and the eggplant appetizer. Also Chicken Penne Vodka, Shells con Verdure, Spaghetti Carciofali andgarlic broccoli. My husband is Italian so a strict judge on Italian food and he was very happy. He said it rivaled a New Yorkplace he loves. We all thought the food was better than anything we've had downtown Cleveland in Little Italy. Huge menualso--which makes it hard to pick what you want. The upside of that we will definitely be going back and trying out some newdishes next time. Read more
