Placed an online order and store closed before posted time. No refund issued. Have contacted customer care and left a message.... Try calling the store to speak with a manager, no one answers. Tried stopping by in person and the workers can't help. Filed acomplaint online, who knows what good it will do. I've managed in retail for 10 years and I've never had this much trouble oversomething so ridiculous. Hours of effort over what should have been an easy order pickup. I didn't get her name but she went beyond any customer service I've had in years. I had my Grandson with me, it was his 5th... Birthday and she made him feel so special, she said hold on, ran in the back room and came out with a gift for him after askingmy permission if it was ok. Subway is Very Lucky to have her. Read more
