Had to give them 1 star to get this posted but they deserve nothing. Pumped gas. Tank didn't take as much as I had paid for... on my credit card and they would not refund me the difference. Tried to call the store to have this resolved and they hung upon me. I received a response from the owner asking me to go to the 7-11 website and share my concern. I did that. I receivedan email telling me they would contact me in 24-48 hours. No one contacted me. I called yesterday to speak with someoneabout this issue and halfway through our conversation the call was disconnected. Perhaps the Michigan Attorney General would beinterested in hearing about this problem. How many other people have been overcharged for their gas at this station? Read more

I went to purchase 2 chocolate sprinkles donuts . The sign said 2 sprinkles donuts for $2. They charged me $1.49 for each and... said strawberry donuts are sprinkles those are chocolate frosted. (but they had sprinkles) I tried to explained that sprinklesdonuts come in strawberry, vanilla, chocolate and etc. I explained that's false advertisement. They said prove it... WOW.. I?ve been coming to the 7-Eleven for a while now in the mornings hoping to grab a good coffee and a taquito. They have been... super inconsistent with the taquitos. I can get a coffee from anywhere, I think I?m just gonna have to find a new store to go toon my morning route to work.
