Big Joe's may have good food but customer service is terrible. I called several times Friday to order food for my wife's... birthday and the recording said can't come to the phone right now leave a # and what you want to order and we'll get right backto you, hmm they never did. My son and I go here for lunch on a regular basis now! We both love the broasted potatoes. Still can't decide whether the... chicken or lake perch is better! Eat in is obviously better for crisper fried foods but I even threw my left overs in the airfryer and bam back to crisp! Read more

Ive been coming here for 15 years. I dont know if they sold it or what has happened recently. Whatever is happening doesnt... deserve to be called big joes anymore. The potatoes are different and smothered in butter and soggy. The pulled pork bun is nowhard and crispy when it used to be soft. My friend said the chicken wasnt as good either. Service is no where near what it was afew months back. They have lost a loyal customer and will lose alot more if they keep ruining what Big Joes Chicken has builtover the years! Read more
