Great food, great service. I just ain't big on sports but it's a really nice place
Well I?m still waiting for my drink???? The service was slow and there was only a few people dining in. We waited over 10 mins... for the server to come to the table and acknowledge us. She brought us water then walked away without asking if we wanted anyother drinks or appetizers. When she finally returned to take our order she sat down (I swear I can?t make this up) we orderedsodas and our food. Great place to eat and plenty of televisions. Bartender was basically carrying the whole load by himself. He had a great... attitude though. Lots of young waitresses walking around just staring at you and doing nothing. They didn't even Greet you whenyou walked in, I stood there about 4 minutes looking eye to eye with a waitress and she didn't even acknowledge me. So I justwalked right in and found my own seat. Just don't go earlier in the week. My fiance and I went for our anniversary dinner and the experience was just one horrible... thing after another. First we came in. No host in sight and restaurant was mostly empty (Monday. Almost 10pm. I get it.) Waitedfor roughly 10 minutes for someone to come up to us before I decided to just approach the bar and ask for someone to seat us.Which felt really weird but that's mostly my anxiety talking. When we were seated, our server was rude. Fiance asked to doublecheck if they had Dr Pepper. Server said "sure do!" But then took the menu from my fiance and jabbed at the drinks side.Unnecessary. This sort of behavior persisted. Curt, uninterested, and it wasn't helping either of us out because it felt likewe were inconveniencing them. I worked in the food industry so usually I'm sympathetic- if they're busy or seem stressed ormaybe it's towards the end of the day and they're a little sleepy I'm like hey, yo, I understand and usually brush it off aslong as they're somewhat attentive. The businesses don't pay enough these days and definitely not enough to demand a constantsmile from servers whose card tips are likely split 50/50 in the name of taxes and supporting technical fees. Foodwas...passable. the burgers at least. A little burnt, but still flavorful. My fiance's onion rings were a little limp, but stilltasted fine. My french fries were dry, brick hard cracker sticks. My fiance tried to eat one since I wasn't touching them andah, the way he went through the five stages of grief! Kind of funny, but the French fries were still an unfortunateexperience. The wings are delicious but the wait makes them not worth it. Every Tuesday for 2 months we have ordered wings to be picked up... at a specific time, every single time (that?s 9 visits in total) I have had to wait 45+ minutes for my wings to be ?out of thekitchen?. Normally I place the order two hours prior to pick up, which I thought gave them lots of time to get orders out andaccount for the dine in house guest orders, yet EVERY week I am left disappointed and standing at their mobile counter foralmost an hour. If you value your time - do no order from here. You could purchase the wings and sauce from Kroger across thestreet go home and make them faster. Read more
