Date of Visit: Nov 11, 2022, 2 pm I stopped inside for a donut and coffee. The selection was good for the time of day. The... coffee was fresh. The store was clean and tidy. The employee who helped me was extremely friendly and polite. Read more
While the lobby is typically open for customers, today I suppose that they were short handed and had every customer in a line... that went out into the actual street beside it; messing up traffic and all. And we had to wait in the line for at least 15minutes before we got to the spot to place our order. We had a coupon for a dozen original glazed donuts and I wanted anadditional 6 chocolate glazed donuts. The idiot running the window tells me " the coupon only covers a dozen original glazeddonuts"! I had to repeat that I was trying to get an additional 6 chocolate glazed donuts separate from the original glazeddonuts the coupon was for. OMG! Read more
Donuts had an after taste. They were the worst donuts I've ever eaten. I bit into one and got a horrible taste and had to spit... it out. They had a smell that wasn't right. I felt as if they were old and worker poured warm glaze over them. They were onlyfit for garbage can. Read more
Today I called Krispy Kreme around 9:15am to ask if they had cinnamon rolls and they did. I was calling because I was on my... motorcycle and couldn't pick them up right away, but wanted to ensure they had some available. The young lady asked me how manyand I told her 4 and that I'd be there at 4:30pm to pick them up. While on the phone with her, she helped me order for pick upthrough the Krispy Kreme app. Everything was confirmed and I went on about my day. I get to Krispy Kreme at 4:30 and learnthat my order, which was confirmed and paid for, was sold to someone else! I was so disappointed. Not only did I drive 30minutes one way, I have to wait a week to get cinnamon rolls that I already paid for. I think I will go ahead and have themprocess my refund and I will not deal with this particular Krispy Kreme again. At least they apologized, that's the only thingpositive I can say.
