Very frustrating to pay at the pump and have to walk in to get receipt. Also probably the nastiest ladies room I have used.... Actually thought maybe I walked in the men's. Read more
Pump #2. My credit card was locked before I got gas. When I asked the attendant she just said "I don't know why that happens,... just wait a while and it will release." 14 minutes later it did but I was going to have to reinsert the card. Not wanting tochance having it stuck again, I'm choosing to buy gas elsewhere!" Read more
Just another reason to not stop at this Shell gas station. They've finally updated their pumps but yet several don't work. Most... frustrating is the pumps are not programmed to handle rewards. You have to go inside the store to use your rewards. Notimpressed. Especially in the middle of a pandemic. If they're trying to drive customers into the store, not good, rewardingloyal customers by causing them greater inconvenience, exposure, and time. Read more
