This breaks my heart because this store used to be fantastic. I stopped ordering through the app because they would always mess... up my order. Well now I have gone inside and they gave me a smoothie that is nowhere near what I ordered. The employees eitherneed to be properly trained or sent back to elementary school to learn how to read. I can't remember if I had Smoothie King or not but my metabolism boosting smoothie was great! A bit sweet but it has strawberry,... banana and mango so its expected to be sweet. My mom had an Island Impact. Mom was in love with it. Barely left me any. I thinkI will try this one...next time. I LOVE smoothies and almost never turn them down. The... staff was helpful, and they explained what the differences between certain drinks were. I went on a Friday and the 20 oz. andthe 32 oz. drinks were $5. I've only had two experiences ordering from here in the past year, and both times, I didn't have any issues. The first time was... a to go order, and the most recent time, I ordered in person, and waited for it. Dakota took my order, and she was very friendlyand quick. A second person (who's name I didn't catch) made my smoothie, and they were friendly and quick as well. Read more
