I went to the drive-through and spoke to Mason, where I then proceeded to order a Venti white mocha latte hot. I asked if he... could put a bit of extra milk in it to which he offered me the white mocha syrup instead to which I accepted because he saidthat the drink would be overfilled if more milk was put in it. So I politely accepted, mind you I work in a nice restaurant witha extremely high-quality espresso machine so, I Took Mason for his word. When I opened the drinks to look at there is easily 4ounces of space left in the cup to which a dash of milk or 1 ounce certainly could have been added to the drink. Not only thatbut seriously at least 4 fluid ounces of the drink just not there and he claimed it would be overfilled with a dash of milk. Istill appreciate you all but this was not very cool. I don't come often to this location as it is out of the way for me but I was in the area this day. The lines can be long but... they move quickly. Always pleasant and efficient. I love they are almost always fully stocked with everything. This place istypically busy but I've not been disappointed. Thank you. Read more

I love Starbucks coffee. But, I had a bad service experience yesterday. I had a large event that I needed 2 boxes of coffee for... on the next day. I had called this location for a few days and never got an answer. I decided to drop in and make my order. WhenI made my order the staff person that was waiting on me he was unsure that the store could my order for the 2 boxes for the nextmorning. So he asked another employee If they could fill my request. She replied that she MIGHT be able to she would commit to.Preparing 2 boxes for the next morning. When planning an event a MIGHT will not work. I was extremely disappointed in theservice and the attitude of the employees. Read more
