I love everything about this place and have since I was a child. I would have given a 5 star for service, but was very upset... the last time I went because my Grandkids and I were excited about going there after the movies. I checked the Website to makesure they were open and it said they closed at 10:00. I was there at 9:00 and the girl was getting ready to seat us whensomeone from the kitchen told her the kitchen was closed. She told us they closed early because it was slow, however I did seepeople seated and appeared to be waiting for their food and or waiting to order. Needless to say we were all very disappointed. Maybe the times online should be updated. The kids settled for Taco Bell, but I had my heart on a cheese pizza and nobody canmake it like they do. I moved to the Bay Area a couple years ago and cannot find pizza that can even come close to Diciccoscheese pizza, so when I come to visit family Diciccos is a MUST for me. Read more

How does this place even stay in business? Absolutely some of the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. Zero ability... to be friendly, take an order correctly and actually speak coherent enough to repeat the order making sure everything iscorrect. Tonight was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. Never again will I do business with them. Placed an order at4.13pm with a very rude individual, was told thirty minute delivery, I know better than that so I patiently waited, one hourpassed still no food, I called and was told it should arrive shortly,,, another hour passed and I called again, spoke to threedifferent people trying to find out about my food,,,, only to be told that the order had never been processed. Two hours ofwaiting for food that was never going to actually show up. This is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional. The owner's shouldtake more pride in who they hire, every employee is a representative of the business and apparently they set their standardsvery low. Gina was extremely apologetic and I appreciate that but the other two girls I don't have names for that I spoke toabsolutely need to be fired for lying to me and causing me to wait two hours for dinner that was never going to show up. Mybusiness deserves better treatment and they have lost all respect due to way to many chances. Shame on the individuals there whotake zero pride in treating each and every customer with respect and dignity, it is the customer that keeps places like this inbusiness. Lucky for the incompetent girls who totally lack any class that I don't have their names. I believe they need to beshamed and taught how to properly deal with the public. I expect better from any business I give my time to. Read more

I?ve given one star in order to write my comments. Every time I go to this place I get sick. Physically sick as if I?ve been... poisoned. It?s apparent that the cooks there do not know how to drain pasta correctly because no matter what you get with pastait is saturated in water. Making the whole dish a disaster I used to like the calzones that were oven baked filled withcheese and broccoli the ingredients that I like. But each time now it?s all doughy hardly baked, little cheese and little or nobroccoli. The only time I find food decent and palatable is when the owner is there during the lunch run. Sadly he?s not thereat nights. I go there with a good friend but I told him after last nights experience I will never ever go back again. There?sso much more I could say but I just don?t have the time to waste. Bottom line is that more often than not I find the food andsometimes the service extremely disappointing. Read more

First time at this location. I did enjoy it especially because of how fast my food came out. Has the shrimp Alfredo pasta. Make... sure to put on some Tabasco salsa just to make it even better. Enjoy Read more
