I wish I could reward the chef here and give the restaurant 10 stars. The food we ate was in another level. Ordered Lamb Kadai, whatever noodles (vegan) w/ side of white rice. Being my first Indian food, I?m forever a fan. Lamb was... tender as a beef roast- the ginger sauce paired very well even though bit greasy. With it all, the veggies were fresh, sautéedjust enough to get that crunch & keep their flavor. Vegan noodles were mildly spicy yet sweet & not overly cooked or drenchedwith sauce; perfect. Didn?t taste like cheap noodles to me. White rice is different, it?s a little dry with cumin in it.
