One of the last fast food places with kid?s play equipment! We drive the extra 30+ minutes to this Chick-fil-A location... specifically because they still have their indoor playground. It?s a godsend for adults who want to get a few minutes to eat inpeace while their kids burn off energy, even when the weather is bad. PLEASE NEVER TEAR DOWN THIS INDOOR PLAYGROUND,Chick-fil-A. Customer service is always great. The food quality, however, has decreased significantly. Today I was given old fries and most... pieces were end pieces and the rest were crumbs. My grilled club sandwich had a different type of bread, which was ok, but therewas no lettuce or bacon and it was much smaller than I've ever seen. My daughter's nuggets had huge gristles and she was grossedout so that she wouldn't eat the rest. I won't continue to pay higher prices if I'm going to be served with this type of food.This used to be one of the very few fast food restaurants that had really good food. Not so much now. Read more
CHECK YOUR FRIES AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THEM. This location obviously does not care at all about their customers since we have... been complaining for 6+ months. Fries are constantly UNDERFILLED, soggy, burnt, and full of crumbs. Having worked at the CFA onwhitesburg, this location is a joke. Super disappointed with this location. It took 35 minutes to get my food tonight. The employees were rude, and made fun of me... for paying with change. It?s definitely worth the drive to the other CFA on university. I wouldn?t go to this one unless youabsolutely had to. Edited to add that my food and drinks were both wrong.
