Fantastic pizza & garlic knots! Have tried multiple and haven?t found one that I don?t like yet! The marinara sauce is amazing... and tastes so fresh! Live music, beer, and wine! Makes for a great date or night out with friends! Has inside bar or tableseating (small and hot) and outdoor seating (closed off and comfortable). This location will be moving though so I?m sure theseating availability will increase and hopefully a larger AC to overpower the pizza oven heat. Definitely recommend checkingthis place out! Hands down, they are in the top two pizza places in the Maddison Huntsville area. The crust is #1, and the toppings are #2 for... me. They had the perfect undercarriage with a great crunch. The Garlic Knots were crazy delicious, so flavorful. It would havebeen a five if the toppings were fresher, bit probably just my personal preference as im being a little picky. First of all Ethan our server was awesome!!! He was attentive and on point. He was patient with our 11 person group; that needed... 11 separate checks. He got all of our orders correct the very first time. The food was soooo good. You gotta have the hot honey!The meat and cheese plate was delicious with the added arugula and grapes. Today was our 2nd visit and the 1st was 3 days ago! Yes, that?s how good it was. On the 1st visit, Ethan was our server. He was... AMAZING. Very personable and gave great recs! Just overall a positive person who obviously loves his job and is proud of whatthey serve. The bruschetta was outstanding as was the salad and pear vinaigrette. I usually don?t love vinaigrette but atEthan?s recommendation, I got it. NOT disappointed and guess what I got again tonight. Pizza was DELICIOUS both visits. By theway, Ethan wasn?t our server tonight but remembered us and told our server our preferred beverages from the previous visit.(Impressive, right??) Met Joe, the owner. Very personable and very humble. Praised him for his place and said it?s his team thatmakes it great; all he does is make pizza. What a great tribute he gave to his employees.
