We went to get a frap coffee and it tasted so bad and when my mom took them back to them the disrespectful girls just laughed at... her. It was a horrible experience and they refused to make them the right way. I felt so bad for my mom! Read more

First of all, Starbucks needs more locations south of 72 in Madison. There aren?t any Starbucks on my way to work so I?ve... started stopping in here. Every time I come there?s only one person working during peak hours in the morning. The line gets sobacked up because the one person has to take the orders, make the drinks, heat up the food, etc. It takes longer to get a coffeehere than it does to go the opposite direction of my work to a Starbucks. okay so almost every time i come here i get some kind of iced drink with sweet cream cold foam, and the same african american... girl is usually at the register. i order my drink like i would anywhere else and she always makes comments and has a rudeattitude when i order it for some apparent reason? i don?t know what the issue is of me getting sweet cold foam but she needs tofix her attitude with customers cause i will not be coming back here anymore. justice is her name, i believe. Around 10:05 AM today (10/23) we just had the WORST experience with one of the girls on the morning shift, she was wearing a... black sweatshirt. When we got there they were obviously dealing with a broken machine which takes out 90% of the menu, as ittends to happen often. And she told my mom that ?not having an espresso would do her some good? excuse me???? we?re at StarbucksCOFFEE. then, to make matters worse she had an obvious attitude when my mom also asked what flavors of drip coffee WEREavailable. worse coffee she?s ever received from Starbucks.
