This is, by far, one of the better Chinese restaurants I have had since I moved to the KY/IN area. As soon as you walk inside,... you are greeted with about 8 large nice tables, in a clean and welcoming area. You have the option of sitting down and usingyour phone to order or you can order at the counter for dine in or take out. Upon placing our order, we sat down and enjoyedthe atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and took my special request seriously. When the food arrived, it was brought to outtable on nice plates and with a smile. She repeated the orders as they were placed to ensure she got the requests correct.Overall the staff and atmosphere is a 10/10 and I recommend. Dishes ordered: Crab rangoon(6 pieces) Sweet and sour chicken withwhite rice Triple delight with no mushrooms, make it spicy with fried rice. 2x bottled soda The soda is all bottles or cans, both Pepsi and Coke products as well as other misc flavors. The Crab Rangoon was perfectly fried with just the right amount offillingand served with sweet and sour sauce. The sweet and sour chicken was delicious and golden fried with expertly cookedrice. The triple delight was just that...a delight! Seasoned and cooked beautifully, veggies done but with the right amount ofcrispness to them. Meats were amazingly tender and in abundance! The sauce shined though, beautifully balanced with a fairamount of heat. Food 10/10 Overall experience is 10/10 and we will be making the trip back to visit again. Read more

Wow. Words can’t express how horrible this place really is. Where do I begin? Well, first me and my girlfriend have been here... 3 times and each time the customer service has been terrible. Cut short every time I try to talk and get essentially shut uptrying to say anything. They want to give me my food and kick us out the door and walk away. Food is okay but portions aresmall. The first time we came I gave a generous tip but then after if customer service was horrible I’d leave nearly nothingas a tip. The first time this happened I could visibly see the lady that nearly couldn’t talk to me walk behind the counterand very obviously record us. Why? To ban us for a bad tip? I think nothing of it but come back again, bad customer service sobad tip.. and as we are walking out 2 of them very obviously come out behind the counter and recorded us. Are they going to banus? Well fortunately for them and us we won’t be returning. I have no words… 0 stars Read more

Food has been decent the two times I’d gone before. However, my first time we went in, the lady at the register didn’t even... talk to us or acknowledge that we were there ordering. The other woman, who I assume is a manager, was incredibly rude andrushed us when we had never been there or knew the menu. We didn’t think that deserved much of a tip, and when we werewaiting for our food, we were recorded on the cellphone of the woman from the register. On our second visit, same thinghappened. Terrible service, left only a cash tip in their tip jar and got recorded on our way out by both of the women. Wewill not be returning to this establishment, I’d give 0 stars if I could. Read more

Here's a suggestion to the lousy cheapskate owners of this restaurant - do a Google search for "give em the pickle" and read the... book. It will do you some good. When a customer makes a reasonable request, you provide for them. Food was ok - typical Chinesestreet food, nothing special, Very overpriced. We didn't realize the sweet and sour pork was nothing but a steaming pile offried pork with no sides. No rice, no veggies. I've never had sweet and sour pork that didn't include veggies in it's stir fry.Who eats like that? When we asked (nicely at first) for a side of broccoli, I was met with more resistance than the Ukraine armyagainst a Russian assault. I spent $31 to eat here and they can't smile, apologize and hand me a few sprigs of steamed broccoli? No - It's "against their policy." I detest businesses that act as if they're doing YOU a favor when you spend your money withthem. This place is one of those places. Understand that you are only staying in business because of the folks who choose tospend their hard-earned money at your establishment. 5 cents worth of veggies is not going to bankrupt you. Rest assured, wewill never eat here again and will do everything we can as small business owners to see that others think hard before spendingtheir money here. If I could give you zero stars, I would. Read more
