Great food and service, but I don?t understand why places like this turn their televisions on politically incendiary... programming. Why? You know a few of us here in the Deep South have Democratic values, like the inherent worth of all humanbeings. I don?t want to watch programming that mocks my values while I eat lunch. Worst customer service by the manager on duty! Would give ZERO stars if I could. Manager on duty on the evening of 9/11 had the... nastiest attitude and poorest customer service. When I stated that I was thinking about spending my money somewhere else shesaid that I should. She would not honor the ?Kids Eat Free? deal stating that I had to order something with meat on it, which weordered the Fritos Pie Stack which has chopped beef brisket piled on top. When I stated that what we ordered had meat on it, shesaid that it must cost $12 which it did not. I pointed to the Kids Eat Free sign taped on the wall by the order station and toldher that is not listed. She said it didn?t matter even though we followed everything else on there. We informed the person weplaced the order with that we were ordering kids meals for the Kids Eat Free deal. He didn?t say at any point that we had toorder anything other than what we ordered which was the Fritos Pie Stack. She said she would not honor the deal posted and saidI could call Corporate to complain if I wanted to but wouldn?t give me her name. She said she had no name so I took her picture.As you can see, she looks pretty happy about turning customers away. I wish I'd read the comments before ordering food. Yes. The meat tastes really good but the fries were pale and undercooked, we... paid extra for a Hawaiian roll and instead received a hard dinner roll, and I'll never order delivery again. I ordered on theirwebsite. The delivery showed up missing the chicken wings we ordered for our daughter. Called the store and all they could dowas refund it. I have never ordered delivery before where a restaurant refused to redeliver what they forgot. Read more

This is a sad version of Dickey's. Also, their posted hours here and on Facebook are until 9. If you order pickup for after 8,... they will charge you but will be closed when you get there. Lots of problems here for sure. Food is pretty good but themanagement apparently does not care about customer service or satisfaction. Buyer beware. They also do not honor any of thepromotions they post on their Facebook page like $2.99 sandwiches. If you try to order on the app, they have changed the priceto almost full price. One time I tried to order a free meal that the app offered and you had to buy a Big Yellow Cup to getthe meal. They had changed the BYC price to $23 to avoid giving the free meal. I've never seen anything like that. Theemployees have generally been good, but once I walked in and there was a long line waiting while a female cashier and customerscreamed at each other about some issue. I backed out and got out of there fast. There are way too many good places on thatstretch (CFA, Moe's, BYB, and others) to put up with this place. Read more
