Worst customer service. The place was not well maintained. Out of lids, out of salsas, out of drinks. Place a online order and... took me 40 minutes. They place my burrito in the bag with the chips. Hit or miss really. I?ve had some great bowls before but other times, the beans don?t seem to be drained and you?ll get a... burrito filled with black bean juice which itself isn?t tasty but then leaves the whole burrito soggy and falling apart. Read more
Well I love Moe?s but on this day the manager/ server was ready to get off so she lied about having fresh beans. The bar station... was a mess the rice was hard and instead of changing out she decided to keep serving the last of it. After 10 mins she got offand new workers came in and started to immediately replenish the bar. The young lady name Marichi knew exactly what to do tocorrect the situation.
