I usually don't rate with a 1 star but this was pretty wack. It is very messy the times that I've been there and the atmosphere... isn't that great. The workers are not caring or accommodating when it comes to food allergies. Also they advertise veggies butnever seem to have a veggie option for vegetarians yet all other Chipotles do. I have been to countless Chipotles all across the country. This is by far the worst. The staff is absolutely incompetent.... Literally, more than half the time they get my order wrong. I basically pick it up assuming it?s wrong. I am constantly incontact with Chipotle. After getting my most recent order with the wrong beans, wrong rice, wrong meat, wrong toppings and nochips I felt compelled to write this. The food was delicious but it took a long time to move through the line. They had about 15 people working but it seemed they... were all bumping into each other and no one really knew what to do. The guy at the start of the line getting the tortillas andbowls started was really nice and organized but he could only do so much. No condiments available and the soda station was amess. Ordered at Springfield location for pick up only for them to tell me that the online ordering system wasn't working. I contacted... support and got my money back in store credit. I used my store credit on the app to pick up from this location only to arrive toa closed store on a Sunday night (8/28/2022) at 6pm. I contacted support again and they said they would give me back my storecredit but i didn't get anything. Read more

They got my order wrong, I guess they can?t read. Ordered via Uber eats on 12/8 around noon. They added chicken when I ordered... carnitas. They did not add guac OR queso to my burrito bowl (both cost extra to add on). On top of that, they added both lettuceand fajita veggies, which I did not ask for (god forbid I had an allergy or something).
