I gave it a 2 not because of the food. The food was good fresh and hot. I put a 2 because I parked to eat and feed the 2... toddlers I had with me. Then an employee walks out to smoke right outside the door. Then walked down to the outside patio andall I could smell was weed. With my 2 toddlers in the car. I am not sure about your smoke policies but I don't think it shouldbe outside the door where your customers enter/exit. When I worked for mcdonalds there was a designated smoke area. But we wherenot allowed to smoke weed or even be able to work because of the potentially safety hazards. WOW!!!!! Alot has changed. Theservice and food was good. They were friendly. Read more

absolutely horrible I asked for 2 plain burgers get them with everything after I have waited for 15 minutes for them burgers... then have to wait another 15 in the line the girls are very disrespectful and nasty . I finally get my new burgers and theylooks absolutely disgusting so I have to wait another 15 minutes and she brings them out throws the bag at me in my car. Ordered my food and was told it would be just a couple of minutes to wait on the food to finish. I pulled into the parking spot... and waited for 20 minutes and watched several other people order, pay, and leave with their food. I finally called them, becauseI have my small child in the car sleeping, for them to tell me that my order was claimed already. Did nobody notice the carsitting in a pickup spot for 20 mins and wonder why? At least 2 employees delivered food to other cars while I was waiting therewith one of them attempting to give me the wrong order but apparently not checking in on mine after I told him what it was. I'venever had an issue like this here before. The food has always been good but this is beyond unacceptable, even for a fast foodrestaurant. Read more
