Called at 5:38 on 10/11/2022 to place a carry out order. I was on hold for 5 minutes or more before I got a live person. She... asked me for my phone number and what I wanted. I ordered the family pizza box. I wanted the pepperoni cooked under the cheese, but they were all on top. The breadsticks were... hard and shriveled up. If I could give 0 stars I Would, we stopped for dinner last week, got seated got our water. waited and waited only one other... family of 3 in restaurant. Waitress and Cook talking and visiting in corner. After 20 min another customer came in they gottheir water and waitress took their order immediately. We got up and walked out. Tried to call from home. Nobody answers! Waited on hold connected to call center ! Waited in hold listening to ads about careers... etc drove to pizza hut Madison. Waited in long line. Ordered at window girl was nice but said too busy to pick up phone! Placedorder . Waited 15 more minutes! Got home pizza nasty looking . doughy taste.
