Came into 107 State for another wonderful meal in this pandemic world! They respectfully followed mask and comfortable... distancing guidelines and served us a glorious meal at the bar. Lasagna bolognese grilled crispy on the flat top was a specialmasterfully prepared by chef owner Nate. Steve had the Hoosker Blue burger he thinks is one of the best in Madison. I like the troll vibe of the restaurant. I ordered the grandpa root beer, salt and pepper chicken wings and the sirloin... “frites” the wings are good and my steak could have been a little more cook but it was good too and the service was good. Read more

We had been... regulars, but the dairyland burger last week was not nearly as good as they were just a few weeks prior..
