Speaking from the perspective of a guest and a former employee, Delta Beer Lab is a uniquely beautiful part of Madison. The... owners are wonderful people who work exceptionally hard to provide a safe, comfortable environment to all who walk through thefront door - as well as exceptional beer, of course! The entire staff are wholly dedicated to the cause which shines through inthe unmatched quality of the product and service provided! Beyond that, choosing Delta means pouring back into our community.Delta pairs with non-profits each month and passes along all additional gratuity to all manner of local organizations working tostrengthen Madison. (Don?t worry, the staff members are paid a living wage and are given a percentage of the revenue! Beyondthat, we?re just really happy people who work there because it?s a great place to be!) If you?re visiting Madison looking for alocal craft brewery to check out, I cannot recommend Delta Beer Lab enough. There's a lot to like here: tipping isn't necessary (they must pay workers a livable wage), cool lab-themed atmosphere, great... beer, affiliation with charities, queer owned, trivia nights and gay-friendly events. My ONE COMMENT is that YOU have to cookyour own food. The frozen pizzas and pretzels are tasty but it's awkward having to pop them in the pizza ovens around the cornerand set a phone timer for when it is ready. I can see the benefits to this - it truly gives you full control - but personally Icome to bars to be waited on, not to serve myself. Pizza took 30 minutes of checking in on it before it was done - but it waspretty good. Read more
This place is awesome! We went to the Halloween mini market and had a great time. The beer is fantastic (blueberry blonde and... porter were my favorites), the bartenders were so nice and the interior design of the brewery is cool too. I like that they payemployees a living wage and have the option to donate tips to a charity. I wish more businesses could follow that model. Read more
I love the beer here, and the fact that you can cook your own pizzas. It was perfect for a quick meal prior to an event in the... area we needed to be on time for. I?ve never had a bad experience here! 4 stars for only allowing dogs on Sundays, but one dayis better than no days! Read more
