It appears that customers can no longer create their own salad specifying ingredients of their choosing. Anyway, I dined their... twice recently selecting the cashew bowl with chicken. The first time, it was quite pleasing and a slice of bread was offered. The second time, no bread was offered AND when it was too late, I realized the chicken had NOT been included.
