Quieter than a library at noon. Appears to be a standard Madison coffee shop, but the nitro and late hours make it stand out.... Pay attention to the merch; yeah there\'s a lot of it, but it plays into the neighborhood rather than it\'s own branding. Thebar is black to hide leg scuffs and has little coat hooks underneath. Someone is paying very close attention to their business(maybe a little too close, less cameras please!) and what people actually respond to. I look Forward to watching more of theseopen up. Overall I love this place ? Environment is great for relaxing / working day or night, and they have great beers on tap and... interesting drip coffee. Had a great barrel age coffee I enjoyed.\n\nKnocking a star off, however, for a mediocre cappuccinoserved in a normal coffee mug. Flavor, most importantly was not good, but general presentation is not up to snuff for a placethat focuses on coffee. Love this addition to the neighborhood. Beautiful space whether you?re looking to sit at a table or booth to get some work done... or socialize in their lounge seating or at the bar. The cold brew is great and it?s fun to try the different flavors as theyrotate in. Vanilla latte is a solid choice here, too! I love that I can come here for coffee and my partner can join for a beer.Best of both worlds! Read more
Very nice place to get coffee and some work done - WiFi is not the fastest but gets the job done. It was busy but not very loud,... they had a variety of teas and coffees - baked goods looked good, though we didn?t order any. Ended up getting a coffee flight(very tasty!) and an iced hibiscus tea. Would definitely return! Read more
