Additional Information
Great food, great service. We live not too far away and try to get here at least monthly. Our favorites are the chicken piccata,... the fisherman's stew, and the hot chicken sandwich. So very good. Every time. And there's something to be said about arestaurant that can manage to have good, professional service these days. Excellent! Read more
We had such a wonderful time at Gates and Brovi. It was just the perfect atmosphere for the evening... Right from the warm... greeting we received upon arrival, continuing to the welcoming attitude of the staff throughout our visit, to the superb foodand drinks we thoroughly enjoyed from the menu. We explored the menu a bit, sharing a mix of the calamari appetizer, awatermelon salad with salmon, and the skate-ray dinner with zucchini pancakes. Each dish was simply overflowing with creativelycombined flavors and textures, almost a work of art to be consumed not merely with the eyes but with the nose and mouth aswell. The pancakes were the highlight of the meal, with their perfect pairing of textures/flavor profiles from the vegetablesand shallots melting in your mouth and leaving you wanting more. Another fantastic dinner, smelt,cheese curds , caesar salad and pan seared walleye were very tasty.
Stopped in with my wife for a quick dinner and was blown away. She had the crispy sweet potato and honeycrisp apple salad. I had... the Guanajuato pizza. I've eaten alot of pizza in my life and this was one of the best and most unique flavor profiles I've had.I absolutely loved it. Read more
