The food was decent and the shake was good but 2 of the 3 staff were extremely rude.

ZERO stars if I didn?t have to make a choice. Went in there to buy sandwiches for my team (a meeting). Had an order of 8... sandwiches- nothing crazy. When I walked in there was literally nobody else in line, and about 2-3 tables where people weredining. The first guy taking the initial order was pleasant enough. He mentioned they were just finishing up an online order. Hestarted taking my order as I had a list I was working off of, when a ?Manager? walked up and started helping him. I startedgetting confused with my order because they wanted me to tell them how many of each type of sandwich I had. I told them I wasmaking my way down a list and I didn?t know for sure. The ?Manager? (man in his possible 30?s), told me in a rude, annoyed toneof voice, that next time I should order online. I told him I don?t like ordering online, and that I prefer coming in andordering it). He said to me ?well, then we?re not going to be able to write all the names down on the sandwiches so you?re goingto have to open them all up and figure it out?. I stood there confused thinking that is literally their job. What is thedifference if I am one person ordering 8 sandwiches, or 8 people ordering 1 sandwich? Would he have said to the 8 people thatthey would have been better off ordering online? Eventually as all the sandwiches were being by made the process feltuncomfortable, rushed, and unorganized. Like I was more of a hassle than a valued customer. I didn?t even waste my time puttingtoppings on anyones sandwiches because he just wanted me out of there. I spent over $70 on rushed, dry, topping-less sandwichesthat I then had to take back and fondle all of them to figure out whose was whose. Wonderful idea when we?re still in the midstof a pandemic. Later that same day I took their survey, shared my story, and asked that I be contacted. That was 3 days ago-haven?t heard from their company yet. With the way things had gone up until this point, this isn?t surprising. Read more

Food was fine. Very overpriced for the amount of food that you actually get. It seems the draw is more that the quality of your... sandwich makes up for the price, but in reality it doesn't. Something like $10-$12 for a 6 inch sub and chips. Was a great placeto try once but not my go to place to eat. Restaurant atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. Things were fairly clean too. It's just a real good sandwich and you can't go wrong. Not the nicest potbelly location I have been to, they need to clean up... the drink cooler and fix the other amenities, but it's a real good sandwich. I'm there for the sandwich. I love the voodoochips. Read more
