I have kept giving this Location business in my attempt to understand Covid effects on business... But today the complete lack... of service was too much. Three drinks for a in store order should never take 40 mins. And the lack of communication from thestaff to each other was gross. Ordered a tall pumpkin spice latte after waiting in the drive thru line for almost 15min plus minutes (as the store was randomly... not open) and tell them psl with NO WHIP, and they add whip and my cup is not even 3/4 full of coffee with the whip on there.Had we already not started to pull forward and leave with the next car moving up to the pick up window I would have saidsomething, hit the line was so backed up I wasn?t about to wait again and tell them? so thank you for my already over pricedpsl that wasn?t even made right and a probably close to half air when you take the whip out. Slow service, it?s amazing how long they take to get through 3 cars. Every time I come, the line just CRAWLS. also they refused... to split my frap into separate cups and tried to make it seem like it was policy or something.
