I have never had a messed up order or bad service at this location. Even coming back several years. I went in again today, and... the employees were happy to be at work, they were courteous, and our order was not only correct, it was delicious! Taco Bell canbe hit or miss, since some locations have bad attitudes or poor service; again, I have never had a bad experience at thislocation! Read more

Honestly can?t get worse. ?Staffing Issues? constantly plague them and they can?t seem to make food here at any respectable... rate. Maybe someday Taco Bell will fire the GM here and replace them with someone who can get staff to care about the place. Read more

Stopped for a FAST FOOD Mexican pizza at the Whitney Way Taco Bell drive through as I wasn?t able to eat all day other than... three eggs and a small avocado for breakfast all day. Pulled in at 8:29pm. Waited 12 minutes to move up one car to order. Theline ahead didn?t move and people were behind me so I couldn?t back out. Two guys in two different cars ahead of me got out topush a dead car out of the drive through. Then I pull up to order, the guys says ?just a second.? I wait 5 more minutes only forhim to then say we?re closed and nothing else. It?s 8:47pm! How are they closed?! Their hours posted at this location as well asonline say open until 1am! I pull ahead only to be blocked by the guy ahead of me who was able to order and now is blockingthree cars behind him in as we all wait for him to get his food order. Waited two minutes for him to get his drink, then 5minutes for him to get his food. Could those working not ask the car waiting for food to pull ahead? So to let the three carsbehind them get past, after waiting so long and unable to get any food?? Terrible terrible customer service. I too am in theservice industry and this is UNACCEPTABLE. They messed up our order twice. First I didn't say anything but I tried this location again and my order was not to what I... ordered. It was a crunchy taco Supreme and also soft taco Supreme ( they missed the tomatos on both) a bean burrito with extracheese, extra onion, and extra red sauce. Paid for the extra cheese but received-0- of the extra items requested. Also ordered a5 layer burrito but only came with the meat and beans. ???? Read more

Taco Bell can be a gamble as far as speed and accuracy, and I say this as an employee of a different location. This store and... mine are both run by the same franchisee so we're basically coworkers. My store closed early so I came to Whitney Way instead, picking up food for 4 people. This was on a day off, I should add. I purchased over $40 worth of food (actually a little under$40 with my discount). The service was stellar, even before they knew I was a fellow employee from another store. They goteverything correct and pretty fast for the amount of food I got. It was mostly cheaper items so maybe 12-15? I forgot exactly asI'm writing this a couple days later. Anyway, I've heard good and bad regarding wait times at most locations so I was quiteimpressed with Whitney Way. Customers at my store share stories about their visits to other stores all the time, and Whitney Wayhas had rough days. To be fair though, we all have had rough days. Between people not showing up (excused or not), ridiculousnumbers of Door Dash/UberEats/GrubHub orders, and people ordering absurd amounts of food, sometimes with many modifications,it's easy to fall behind and that means wait times can get long. This is true at every location. Our store is either the most orsecond most sales in the region, last I knew, and Whitney Way is like our little sibling store. I'm super satisfied with myvisit but also very proud to call them all my coworkers, or part of our broader family. ???????????? Read more
