Great food and service Edit: went to Tipsy Cow again after a long time and wow for being tipsy that Cow sure can serve up some... amazing food. Service was polite, fast and consistent at the bar. I recommend anyone visiting Madison to stop in for a drinkand a bite. I ordered the po' boy, the tipsy q, and the Battered Fries Walleye sandwhich. For an appetizer we ordered the nachos. The nachos... were underwhelming and the sandwiches could have used a bit more seasoning but over all they were decent. They were relatively busy when we went in but were seated quickly. We did have to go back to the hostess to grab a waiter for us... because we got overlooked. I ordered the salmon with asparagus risotto and my mom got the burger. Both were delicious and veryfilling!! Food came quickly and the server was very sweet.
