The security guards are abusive and management doesn?t care. They treat customers horrible and think they can get away with it... because of their legal status in US. This has gone on for too long and it?s getting worse. I have reported them to the district3 Adler and you all should too. Rude, disrespectful security staff. One specific security guard ignored me and didn?t believe that I paid 80$ for VIP booth and... tables, EVEN after I showed him the Facebook messages. Security guard literally ignored me when I tried speaking to him to workthings out. I was told I wouldn?t have to wait in line if I paid in advance, but to my disappointment I DID have to wait inline. I was also told by the security guard that EVERYONE IN THE CLUB HAS VIP. If that?s true, what?s the point of having VIP??Not to mention that the whole night he wouldn?t stop harassing my group throughout the night. Kicked out two of my friends andwanted to kick out my boyfriend as well. Then, when I wanted to go downstairs he threatened me saying, ?Don?t come back upstairsbecause I won?t let you in again the next time.? NOT the VIP treatment I was expecting. Voodoo is my favorite latin dance club in southern Wisconsin. The night usually begins with batchata then the energy lifts... finishing out the night with reggaeton. Voodoo's main competitor in Madison doesn't compare to a night at Voodoo in theslightest. I have many fond memories dancing here and plan many more nights here in the future! Read more
