We ordered dine in and.also placed an order to go at the same time. The facility was clean. After we ate.I stood behind 4... people and waited patiently to get my to-go-order. When I got to the counter, I ordered 2 ice creams and instead of fixing theice cream the girl waited on the person behind me.?? I think most people know that it's first come, first serve, unless there'sa handicapped customer. So I took my food to the vehicle expecting her to work on the ice creams while I stepped out. When Icame back in, she was discussing something with someone else. In another minute she headed to the back to get things ready tomake the ice creams then stood & talked to employees back there. There was no regard that she was wasting my time or that wejust spent nearly $80. I hope the owner sees this and has a talk with how it's supposed to be done. Read more
My brother-in-law was visiting and wanted some good Kentucky BBQ. This wasn't it. He said it was fine, my mother-in-law, who was... also visiting, did not think it was very good at all. Their bbq is always good, but they definitely overpriced it. 14.39/lb is a bit high, even for the increase in costs of goods. ... They also don't include a side of sauce equivalent to what is needed for that lb of BBQ. A little 2oz container is not enoughand then have to pay even more money just to get enough sauce for 3-4 people. I like their BBQ. The location in Madisonville is very disappointing. Ordered 26 ounce ribeye cooked medium it came out well done. Ordered another... one it was cooked right. No seasoning or flavor at all. Also it didn't look 16 ounces. Maybe 10 ounces. Over priced as well fora sub standard meal. Just a typical redneck place in a hick town. Won't be back. Read more
