I am not from Texas, but this place gives the image of the Texas economy years ago: agriculture, cattle, oil, and Texas cowboys.... The burgers are real beef which also adds to the image of Texas. You certainly do not have to ask, "Where's the beef!" To methe dinner has a cozy Western look and feel. They even serve ice cream! Yum!! All I could taste was mustard. My buns weren?t toasted and was lathered with mustard on both sides. Honestly one of the worst... burger places I?ve had. The meat was dry. There was no flavor.
