F**k this place. I had the worst customer service and food I've ever had here about 4 months ago. The manager of Love's was... absolutely wonderful though! Eat deli at loves instead! Read more
Went in during lunch and was told they were completely out of beef and turkey which is 90% of the menu so we ordered something... else trying to not be difficult but then 3 separate customers came in after us and ordered beef and cheddar sandwiches and gottheir food before us? But wait I was told you were completely out of the ingredients to make those items. Horrible service andwe won?t be stopping here as locals anymore. I?ll just get Arbys in Redmond if we want it. Oh and pro tip from a local they willNOT put napkins in your bag like every fast food place in the world does so make sure you grab them because napkins are abovetheir pay grade. Read more
We stopped in at 11:30ish as we hadn't had breakfast, so we ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches and 2 chicken sandwiches. They were... out of Mac and cheese and other items. The chicken sandwiches were very cold ! The roast beef had no sauce and were very dry. Read more
We stopped at a Love's truck stop and went to Arby's for the first time. The guy behind the counter was so nice. I should have... got his name and highlighted him. He was so positive, helpful, a nice guy! The food was pretty good also for fast food! Read more

Drive through. Asks to take our order. After making our decision. We were then told.... oh, hold on. We don't have any more... beef. I knew the person right behind me. They did the same thing to him. Try next time to not waste our time and let us know upfront that you have no beef. Or better yet, have sandwich meat. Even closing would have been better than what you did to us. Read more
