I attended Beerfest on August 20th and I spent my time at Flat Tire because I just couldn't leave. The bartenders were friendly,... the patrons were joyous, the music was great and the drinks were cheap. Couldn't bring myself to leave that environment...untilI had to of course haha. That was my first time and I will definitely be returning some day soon. Read more
Thirsty on the high trestle trail? stop here the patio is right on the trail and they have des moines IPA on tap
We went to meet up with friends because we just got back to town, and the bartenders were rude and disrespectful. Supposedly... this is because we were sitting next to people who were associated with a single person who was being disrespectful a weekendbefore. They served me one drink and told me I wasn?t welcome anymore due to who I was associated with. This was our first timethere, and it will be the last. Most small businesses would be thankful for the business but not this one. I only gave them onestar because I had to, but if I could they wouldn?t get any. I?m not going to support a business who supports disrespectingcustomers and especially first timers. Not impressed at all. Read more
Cole here, met a lot of good people tonight. The 2fer special tonight was great. This location with it's open walls and patio.... Sizable bar with more than enough seating. This was a very warm and welcoming stop. Had a great time... -1 star for closing at9. Read more
