Not sure why your drive through is 24 hours , every time I got by at night the machines are conveniently ?not working ? and... they can?t make anything - and the employees are chit chatting in the lobby - like if the system is down all the time at night what is even the point in keeping the employees on the clock - just shut down at 10pm- waste of time driving out there !! The customer service is terrible. I got a shake, it tasted like ink or strong medicine, almost as if there could have been... something wrong with the machine. The 3 or 4 ladies at the drive thru window spoke English but not good enough to comprehend the context of what I was saying. I told them that the strawberry shake did not taste right and that there could be somethingwrong as if it was with the machine . One of them proceeded to tell me that that is how it?s normally made. Then another one ofthe ladies came with an attitude and was rude. I explained to her AGAIN that the shake did not taste right like there could besomething wrong with the machine but they thought I was just complaining as if I just didn?t like the shake. Thats ridiculousbecause I ALWAYS get that shake and it never tasted filthy like that. I told her that she was not understanding but she insistedshe did. She was being defensive because she was probably thinking I was being condescending due to her being Latino when thatis not the case. I am also a person of color (black) and the way they were so rude makes me think they were a little prejudicedbecause what is the attitude for? They continued to gaslight by saying that they have been selling shakes all day and therehasn?t been a problem, which is probably a lie. As I was getting a refund, the one rude lady was said ?nobody has complainedbut you? in a smart attitude . My experience was completely uncalled for, I was just trying to tell them that something waswrong with the shake so maybe they could the manager do the machine could get fixed. To verify that I was not crazy, I went toanother jack in the box and the shake tasted PERFECT. Unfortunately it was 11 pm on a Tuesday night when I drove up to the drive through. I put in NY order & drove up. There was two... cars in front of me. It took several minutes for the car at the window to get there food. I started to back out but they wereable to leave, so I drove back up behind the car now at the window. But they started either giving their order or repeatingtheir order. That was enough for me. I had to back out. Because during the wait in line I watched the McDonald's across thestreet have cars go through the drive through many times & the Canes next door have cars go through. So I went to the McDonald's& zoomed through. I do not want give then "bad" review, it could because of late night & no help, but dang it was bad. Read more
