The is a true culinary experience to remember. We have been here a couple of times so far and absolutely everything has been... phenomenal. You truly have to try the Brie appetizers with the Carmel and pecan glaze and crossantini's. I would have added thephoto but it disappeared to fast. To start with everything from the temperature of the room to the temperature of the lights was pleasant. The service was... friendly and informative, the menu was large enough to have variety and small enough to ensure that the food was exquisite. Mywife got the red fish and it was incredible! I honestly wish I had gotten it. I got the dry aged delmonico and it was a goodsteak. I ordered it Medium, and it came Medium Rare, they cooked it more and it came out perfect. This is something that I haveto worry about constantly, but at least this time the steak was not overcooked, dry or just not good. I think this is the lasttime I am going to pay that much for a steak, because as good as it was it wasn't as good as the redfish and I love fish I wasjust thinking that would be the best thing on the menu because they are a steak house. The best thing we ate was the crab andtasso dip, it was amazing! The sweat tea was great. The bread pudding was very good as well. We made a reservation for two on a Friday night, early dinner. They greeted us and seated us promptly. We were visiting quietly... in our corner table, and spied another room that was more open and airy. The owners must have overheard us, as within minutes,they asked if we wanted to relocate to the patio/porch room. It was amazing! Waist to ceiling windows, beautiful flora and theceiling fans provided ever so slight of a breeze. Ahhhh, wonderful! Dinner was delicious, and our waiter suggested a red wine,that we normally would not have selected. It too was wonderful!!
