This man makes a killer pie. Dough is top notch, I can drink a glass of his sauce it's so good, cheese is just salty enough. ... Put them together, in a wood fired oven, and you have perfection. Just one word: WOW! This was my first time visiting Mario's Pizza, and my only regret is that I hadn't tried it sooner! Hand... down, best pizza in Mahopac! I'm a city gal, and transplant to the suburbs, and if I didn't know any better, I would swear thatI was having Brooklyn pizza! I ordered a personal pie with pepperoni. Everything from the crust, to the sauce, and the cheese,was just delicious. It was great watching Mario make out pizza from scratch, and we felt like appreciated customers.
