What an incredible experience at My Cousins! All of the staff were exceptional, from the hostesses who greeted us, to the... bartenders who made our amazing drinks, to the waitstaff who served us! Our drinks were fabulous and every single dish that weordered was absolutely DELICIOUS! We enjoyed every aspect of our experience at My Cousins and 10/10 would recommend!! We willdefinitely be back! We were on our way to George's place for breakfast but they were closed for vacation so we decided to go to Barnwood Grill . ... However, we noticed on Route 6 a sign "Open for brunch" at My Cousin. We googled the review on them so we decided to try it. Avery nice restaurant and staff were attentive . Coffee was pretty good. Mimosas all you can drink for 2 hours for $24 whichwas a pretty good deal but we didn't do that, too early for alcohol. We ordered frittata and corned beef hash for breakfast . Both dishes were served on a skillet. We are not home fries fan and they replaced them with spinach. That's really nice. Theonly disappointment was the corned beef hash which wasn't homemade. It's gross as I can taste gazillion sodium on it. Therestaurant presents itself as upscale so didn't expect it to serve canned corned beef hash. Overall experience was good so wewill come back if we are in the area. Server noticed that I didn't touch my food and was sorry that he failed to mention thatcorned beef hash wasn't homemade. Anyway, Frittata was delicious. So for beef hash, go ahead to Barnwood grill. Read more

On Sunday, June 5, 2022 we celebrated our sons Graduation from Fairfield University at My Cousins Restaurant. The event from... beginning to end was nothing short of PERFECTION! David (the owner) was literally hands-on for the entire duration of ourevent. The party menu was custom-detailed to our preference? appetizers were plentiful and fresh including; cauliflower patties,artichoke dip with piping hot pita chips and fried zucchini sticks & calamari. Main course choices were DE-LICIOUS & served in atimely manner which included; French-cut baby lamb chops, pan-seared Chilean sea bass and short ribs with risotto. A M A Z I NG? our guests are still calling us and raving about the food!!! The 2nd level party room is ideal for private gatherings. Theadded amenities of a separate washroom and its own open bar area provided added personalization & privacy that we were searchingfor. FINALLY- a great local restaurant that provides personal service and delicious food! We will certainly plan our nextfamily celebration at My Cousins. I just celebrated my baby shower this past weekend at My Cousin?s and it was unbelievable! Alyssa was such a pleasure to work... with. She promptly and patiently answered all my questions, let us view the room multiple times to envision setup, helped createa great menu, and was so flexible and accommodating for any last minute changes I had. The day of went off perfectly ?everything was set up as needed and the service of the staff was excellent. All of my guests were raving about the food so itssafe to say they will definitely be coming back! Throughout the day of both Alyssa and David came over multiple times to makesure the food, drinks and service were to my liking. The care and concern for their guests is top notch!
