I swear I didn?t even know about this place and I pass by here all the time. So my bad. Came for a late lunch with a friend who... introduced me to this amazing place. We came here on a weekday so it wasn?t that busy, I was told that this place gets packed.So I guess we?re lucky. The ambiance is really nice. Staff that assisted us was amazing as well. The food is definitely topnotched. I love every single dish that we ordered. You taste good quality here. You know they cook their food with quality inmind. I have to come back and try their other dishes. I had their Shrimp & Tasso Mac and Cheese and man it was soooooooogood. My friend even got a customized good due to her dietary restrictions. My husband and I came here with some friends to grab brunch before we hit the road and this spot came highly recommended so I... was excited to try it out. Especially being a black owned establishment. Our party was a little large and the restaurant did agreat job accommodating us as quickly as possible. When we were seated, our waiter was attentive to our party and made us feelcomfortable. Honestly I would have recommended them but the wait was over one hour on a Sunday. But that wasn?t the cause. After we got... seated just 6 of us , there was five tables that got seated after us that got served their foods and drinks before we even didand one of us had to leave because we had work. I don?t know how much people have to be involved for them to add gratuity but Idoubt six people was it. I will definitely go to another location, or possibly a different time.
