Cute spot that wasn't to busy. Food was good and service was great. Perfect spot after our hike.
Hokkaido roll and yellowtail were such an exceptional quality, we had to come back for more before our trip back to mainland!
Came here for my brother?s birthday. The food is good, no complaints there. The food is what keeps us coming back. It?s just the... service was not up to par. My biggest advice is to try and get seated indoors because, if they sit you outdoors they will forgetabout you. It took them 30 minutes to take our order after seating us. Once the food started coming out it was no problem. Theyfilled up the water for half of the table and would just walk away. And they would not let us order more food for take-out 32minutes before closing. However, they were still taking orders from other tables? The best waitress we had all night was anolder Asian women, she was very kind. But the other two servers were very rude, and they would just ignore us and never check onour table. Read more
Delicious Japanese food. I ordered katsu, my wife got Miso butterfish. We haven't tried their sushi. The katsu was a good size,... but I felt that the Miso butterfish was too small for the price paid. Both dishes tasted great. I would like to come back andtry the sushi. I would like to see a few more ramen choices and another teriyaki dish, but it is a sushi restaurant after all.But during covid, we only take out. Bad service can really hinder what might otherwise be decent food. I mean we were getting takeout but the waitress who wandered... by as we had come inside to see what the specials were and watch the chefs preparing the food was so incredibly rude... I don'tknow if I'd ever want to go back there. And most restaurants which are at half capacity and have seats will immediately offeryou a glass of water while you're waiting for your takeout but instead this woman asked us rudely to step outside even though wehad never been there and wanted to see their fresh fish which is standard in a sushi restaurant. The guy taking our order didnot improve things also didn't offer us a seat or a glass of water while we were waiting or try to make suggestions on the menuwhen we explained that it was our first such a bizarre choice when there are other competitive businesses around and it's nolonger the pandemic so there's no reason to be pushy especially since we were super polite and curious. The broth for the udonwas basically watered down tempura sauce unless they made a mistake which is a further reflection on their attention todetail...super unimpressed and I don't think I would go there again and you should fire whatever waitress is working there lastnight for incomprehensibly bad service Read more
