This is my first review in a while, as I’ve been gone traveling and taking a break from social media! My girlfriend and I... wanted to try a new brunch spot in the area, and I’ve driven/walked/passed by this place quite often (it’s been in the areafor a while), so I took it upon myself to give it a try. The quality of the food is certainly *good*, paired with really goodflavors! We genuinely enjoyed our dishes and were beyond satisfied (we couldn’t get through more than half of our breakfastpizza). Im taking one star away for cleanliness. We were some of the first people to be seated for brunch, which is when therestaurant opens for business. When we sat down, we discovered that our table was sticky and had been covered in some sort ofdried up food residue. Neither our bread plates nor the silverware was clean. Im removing another star for service, as it wascertainly lackluster. Imagine walking into a Bistro for brunch and not being able to order any espresso drinks as they haven’teven turned the machine on yet! It took several attempts to get our silverware swapped out, having to flag and wave people downto catch their attention (in a mostly empty restaurant mind you). The final straw was when it took about 20 minutes to get ourcheck when we wanted to leave. Unfortunately, until these issues are amended, I don’t see myself coming back. Which is ashame, because I really wanted to like this place, as it seems like a really decent spot for brunch and dinner! Great food and great service. My sister inaw had her bridal shower there and we had another family gathering there recently.... They did an excellent job. Setting up the room, keeping the food warm and generally just be super friendly and accommodating.Would definitely recommend for any function. Parking appears to metered on-street. Not sure if there are local lots of garages. Read more
Came here for brunch and just made the cut off as they switch their menu over the regular dinner menu. I had the best breakfast... pizza I have ever had here. It was perfectly crispy just the way I like to eat pizza. The secret ingredient that really elevatedthis dish for me was hollandaise as a pizza base. Phenomenal! Excellent atmosphere and a generous menu with food and friendly staff to match. The restaurant may be a bit hard to spot given... its reserved exterior (look for the big wooden door with the steel handle), but it opens up to a well decorated interior. Theportions are generous and well played and the drinks are numerous and well thought out. I tried the short rib and an apple muleto fit the season. Definitely finish it off with one of their coffee desserts. Update 2/13/22: The shortrib is as great as ithas been in the past and pairs excellently with the mushroom ravioli they're currently serving. Exchange Bistro was phenomenal! They were so professional with customer service on point. We were celebrating my nieces birthday... 16th birthday. They have a private function room which allowed our family to make it a surprise party. The food was delicious!My sister ordered several food choices for the guest including a chicken & pesto fusilli as well as shrimp linguine pasta. Afterthe party was over we stayed at the main area on the restaurant to continue to enjoy the place with our family and friends. Ihighly recommend Exchange Bistro. Read more
