Literally the worst customer service I?ve ever had. Ivonne was absolutely terrible. I was standing in line to order and she said... I needed to order before using the restroom. Waited 25 min for a vegetarian burrito. I asked if we could have chips while wewere waiting and she said we would need to pay for the chips. Tried this place out on recommendation. Large portions of food with prices to match. Made fresh to order. Took about 25 - 30... minutes for chicken quesadilla & carnitas burrito. Personally was not into the quesadilla at all. It was huge, came with rice &refried pinto bean which were just okay. Quesadilla very cheesy not in a good way. The chicken was very chewy. The quesadillawas stuck together and couldn?t differentiate the pieces, it was coagulated, greasy mess. Tortilla was soggy. It was terrible,expensive & I threw it out. Upside the guacamole with fresh made chips was delicious. Husband liked his huge burrito, he ate thewhole thing. Burritos can be ordered by size. Willing to try again but order a different menu item.
