They deserve a no star if u ask me... rude lady at the window. Should be fired. Nov 12th Saturday morning at 6:59. Lady was so... rude that we left and won't be back. Went in tonight. 1st manager I've ever met that didn't have a clue what the loaded ff were..I tried to explain but got cut off... immediately to tell me they have never had sour cream. Again this is an arby's inside of a gas station. But I will tell you that the customer service is good, the, the speed and... quality of the food is good and I guess that's really all that matters.
