We tried to go to Hugs on Thursday evening while staying at The Village. We got there at 8:55PM, they closed at 9. We walked in... and the rudest employee turned in my face and shouted "We're closed." I understand we came right before closing and had she said"I'm sorry but we're not taking anymore people because we're closing" I would have understood but to rudely shout in my face,that's not okay!
